I believe therapy is not only life changing but life saving. My goal is to provide individuals a safe place to share, heal, and ultimately thrive. I am here to create a comfortable and affirming environment where you can feel seen, heard, and understood. I blend empathy and expertise to help you navigate the challenges you're facing. I believe in the power of a collaborative therapeutic relationship, where we work together to explore your unique experiences.  I possess professional expertise in crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, substance use, and co-occurring mental health conditions.

Brent Jones, LCPC

I believe that every person has a desire to improve his or her quality of life, and it is my responsibility to assist those seeking help with that task. I do so by working with the client to develop attainable and measurable treatment goals, while dissecting all facets of the presenting problem. My approach is one of deep exploration with the aim of, in conjunction with the client, developing solutions that can be applied in the immediate and long term. My training is in crisis stabilization, grief support, and substance abuse with co-occurring mental health issues.

Andrew Darby LCSW-C, LCSW, Executive Director, Founder, and Psychotherapist in MD & CA

I often work with private and high-achieving professionals, executives, creatives, and LGBTQIA+ individuals facing burnout, trauma, identity shifts, and emotional disconnection. Many carry grief, betrayal, childhood trauma, addiction, spiritual confusion, or feel lost in career or existential crises. They’re seeking not just relief, but real insight—practical, science-backed tools woven with timeless wisdom.

Our work gently uncovers emotional and somatic patterns that hold them back. Most clients begin to feel more clarity, self-trust, and calm within weeks, with lasting growth across relationships, work, and inner life. I blend parts work, somatic and mind-body trauma healing, psychodynamic insight, and practical tools for real transformation. Whether we’re exploring your emotional blueprint, confronting painful truths, struggling in career or identity, or finding new language for connection, we work collaboratively—at a pace that honors your experience, ambition, and roots.
